How long will custom/personalised orders take?
Once your order has gone through and your payment is processed, a design preview is sent across within 48H.
All design previews must be approved by our customers before dispatch. Unfortunately if we are unable to contact you once your order has been placed and approval is not met, it is with regret that we will have to cancel the order. So please keep an eye out for our emails :)
